Overview

This brochure explains how NiCE helps contact centers automate the onboarding, updating, and offboarding of agent and supervisor profiles through an integration between NiCE Workforce Management (IEX) and Okta, using the SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) standard and REST API.
