Search for NICE Mobile in the App / Google Play stores and download it today!  Use it to post forum replies, connect with other members, review job listings and more.

NUG member Matthew Bennett of Autonet Insurance first proposed the idea of a community app through the NUG ideas process, which enables members to influence the customer experience.  Adam Levine, NICE Expert DevOps Engineer, volunteered to program the app outside of normal business hours, creating a resource that will leave a lasting impact on the user community.

Points and Badges

The first 1,000 members downloading the app will receive a new, early adopter profile badge and 100 bonus NUG points.  Expect new features and functionality revealed in the weeks ahead. (There may even be prizes involved!)
