          In NiCE RPA 7.6, we introduce powerful new low-code and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities that speed up time-to-value and improve the employee and customer experience. These capabilities are designed to help you rapidly scale your automation efforts, realize more business value, and ultimately live up to the pressure to deliver rapid return on investment (ROI) from automation.

          One of the major barriers that you may face as you try to expand and speed up your automation program is speeding up the time between design to production. There are thousands of processes in your business that could be optimized through automation, but it’s not easy to pinpoint which of them will deliver the best ROI. Finding the processes that cost your business the most in time and money can help you supercharge the returns from your automation program.

          Prioritize processes for automation

          The ROI-based automation process recommendation feature in the new version of our software helps you to prioritize processes for automation based on a calculation of the costs of each process. The ROI calculator considers how many of your employees carry out a task or process and how much time they spend on it. Based on these calculations, you can make an informed and accurate decision about which processes to automate first.

          One of the key issues your business analysts face today is that they’re spending a lot of their time on essential but low-value tasks such as creating documentation. We’ve included more features that automate manual tasks for business analysts in our new version, helping you speed up deployment of new automations. With Click-to-Document, your analysts can push a button to create documentation for end-to-end process flows, utilized applications and user actions.

          This enables them to speed up analysis and evaluation, and shorten automation design time. You can achieve this without compromising on details, helping your business to rapidly scale up automation projects. On top of that, Click-to-Document enables you to shorten time spent on training and coaching of new employees based on the discovered documented processes.

          With the shortage of development and business analyst skills in the market, your development team’s time is under pressure. Business users, meanwhile, might be frustrated with the delays in developing new features or automations. One way to relieve this headache is to empower your business users to become citizen developers. Our new Resource Center offers free, ready-made, plug-and-play packages and templates.

          Since there’s no coding required, business uses can take automation into their own hands. This enables your users to rapidly create proofs of concept and demonstrate business value.
