We’re already putting expertise in motion through our new NiCE Cognigy Certification approach, which gives partners a clearer path to build role-based AI expertise, and the more than 1,000 people from partner organizations who have achieved the Certified Network Administrator and Engineer (CNAE) Associate Certification in the last six months alone. And we’re excited to announce that AI Engineer Certifications are available now, with AI Conversational Designer and Project Manager certifications launching later this year.

For customers, that means a clearer view of the partners ready to guide real transformation. For partners, it creates a stronger way to show the market how they’re helping shape what’s next for the future of CX AI.
