About Yaarit Hadar
A product manager in the Multi-channel recording (MCR) Line of Business for the last 1.5 years. Yaarit has more than 15 years of experience in the Hi tech industry and NiCE in specific. Following her joining to NiCE, Yaarit had multiple positions in R&D development and Program Management. Yaarit experience with the technology, product and enterprise industry is a significant contributor to her role as Product Manager in the MCR Line of Business. Yaarit is responsible for the Omni-channel recording solutions for the contact center, focusing on screen recording, Skype for Business, online chat, social media and extraction solutions. As part of her role, Yaarit monitors the contact center omni-channel market landscape, follows trends and works closely with customers to introduce solutions for recording new channels in their contact center to boost their service.
