NICE once again took the top spot in the CCaaS MetriRank study from research firm Metrigy, earning the highest possible scores.
The report evaluates leading CCaaS providers to assess which are best-positioned for long-term success.
According to the report, “Given its commanding market share lead, prowess in product development, and financial strength to get it to the next levels, NICE is positioned to maintain its No. 1 position in the CCaaS market.”
