Overview

Organizations often struggle to make full use of customer experience data because it is fragmented across systems, delayed by data movement, or dependent on custom pipelines and fragile APIs. These limitations create data silos, increase engineering effort, and make it harder to combine contact center data with broader enterprise data for timely analytics, reporting, and AI.

Data Share addresses this by using Snowflake’s secure sharing capabilities to provide private, cross-cloud access to CXone Data Lake data directly within an organization’s existing Snowflake environment. This zero-ETL approach avoids unnecessary data movement and allows teams to work with CXone data using familiar Snowflake tools, policies, and workflows. Delivered through the NiCE and Snowflake partnership, Data Share provides secure, governed access to customer interaction data alongside other enterprise datasets, creating a more unified foundation for analytics, reporting, and AI use cases.
