Jeff Comstock is President of CX Product & Technology at NiCE, where he leads the company’s vision, strategy, and execution for its market-leading Customer Experience (CX) portfolio. With more than two decades of experience driving enterprise SaaS innovation, Jeff brings a unique blend of deep technical expertise, proven product leadership, and a relentless focus on customer outcomes.

Before joining NiCE, Jeff spent 25 years at Microsoft, where he most recently served as Corporate Vice President responsible for Customer Experience applications within Microsoft Dynamics 365. In this role, he oversaw a multi-billion-dollar global product portfolio spanning Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Contact Center, as well as the AI-powered copilots and autonomous agents that are transforming enterprise productivity. Under his leadership, Dynamics 365 achieved significant growth, with double-digit annual revenue acceleration and the successful launch of multiple products from concept to widespread market adoption.

At NiCE, Jeff leads the Product and Technology organization in building the next generation of AI-powered CX solutions, including NiCE CXone and Enlighten AI. He is focused on advancing NICE’s leadership as the industry’s only true AI-driven customer experience platform, helping enterprises reimagine how they deliver seamless, personalized, and efficient customer journeys.
