As COO, Arun is responsible for execution and operational excellence across NiCE through our Global Customer Operations division, including Partners, CX Customer Success & Services, Marketing, Global Business Operations, IT, and Corporate Security.

As a seasoned global c-suite leader with a growth mindset, Arun has successfully scaled and transformed operations for some of the world's most iconic brands including Disney, Meta, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams, enhanced customer experiences, and delivered significant business results.

As the SVP, Customer Experience at Disney, Arun has led the modernization of the customer experience function for the company’s $20+B streaming business, serving 195 million subscribers across more than 100 markets. Under his leadership, Arun implemented an ambitious vision and technology strategy, deploying AI across the operations to drive innovation and increase customer satisfaction.

As VP, Scaled Operations at Meta, Arun managed a large global workforce as a company-wide shared service, leveraging teams across Strategic Partner Management, Data & Analytics, Capacity Planning, Learning & Knowledge Management, Quality, Strategy & Operations, and Technology.

Arun also served as CEO at NorthPlains Systems, CEO at SumTotal Systems, and CEO at iPolicy Networks. Additionally, IT and Infosec have been key areas of focus across all his roles throughout his career.

With decades of experience architecting technology-enabled transformation, Arun brings a strategic lens, a customer-first mindset, and an unwavering commitment to operational excellence. He plays a critical role in strengthening NiCE’s AI-first vision and scaling the company’s global footprint as it defines the next era of customer experience through AI powered innovation.
