As Chief Operating Officer, Arun Chandra steers the strategic execution and operational excellence through innovation at NiCE. He leads the Global Customer Operations division—a unified engine comprising Partners, CX Customer Success & Services, Marketing, Revenue Operations, IT, and Corporate Security—delivering seamless client outcomes and driving sustainable growth.
A seasoned C-suite leader defined by a growth mindset, Arun has spent his career leveraging technology to scale and transform operations for some of the world's most iconic brands.
Prior to joining NiCE, Arun served as SVP of Customer Experience at Disney where he led the modernization of the CX function for Disney’s $20B streaming portfolio serving nearly 200 million subscribers globally. He implemented an ambitious vision and technology strategy, deploying AI across the operations to deliver exceptional viewer experiences and significantly improve the P&L by bending the cost curve.
Previously, Arun managed a global workforce of over 50,000 at Meta as Vice President of Scaled Operations. He was responsible for scaling teams across a wide range of operational, analytical, and technology functions to strategically operate 45 worldwide locations. He successfully built this company-wide shared service model, driving significant efficiencies across a multibillion-dollar operating budget.
At Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), Arun served as SVP of Global Operations, leading a team of 6,500+ managing the quote-to-cash lifecycle for the $30B enterprise. His transformation of HPE’s operations—which significantly improved revenue, margin, and cash flow—was documented as a case study by the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Additionally, he established HPE’s joint venture in China, serving as its Executive Chairman.
Arun has also served as CEO for multiple public and private technology companies, including SumTotal Systems, NorthPlains Systems, and iPolicy Networks.
Beyond his corporate leadership, Arun acts as a dedicated advocate for education and inclusion. He has served on the Board of Saint Francis High School and the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business Advisory Board. Furthermore, his advisory role at Stanford University's Clayman Institute for Gender Research underscores his commitment to fostering inclusive environments.
