Caroline Tsay

Has served as one of our directors since September 2025. Ms. Tsay is an active board member with deep experience scaling enterprise software and consumer internet businesses. She also serves on the boards of The Coca-Cola Company, Morningstar, and Semrush, and advises venture capital-backed startups on AI adoption, product strategy, and go-to-market execution. From 2017 to 2022, Ms. Tsay was Co-Founder and CEO of Compute Software, an agentic AI cloud optimization company helping enterprises optimize workloads across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. Previously, she was Vice President and General Manager of Software at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Earlier, Ms. Tsay led product management for Yahoo! Search, AI, and E-Commerce, and began her career at IBM Global Services. Ms. Tsay holds a B.S. in Computer Science and M.S. in Management Science & Engineering, both from Stanford University. Additionally, Ms. Tsay has been recognized as one of WomenInc.'s 2025 Most Influential Women Corporate Board Directors, the National Diversity Council’s Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology, and Silicon Valley Business Journal’s 40 Under 40.
