          NiCE has earned widespread acclaim at the 2025 Telly Awards for its innovative digital campaigns.

          Championing Purpose-Built AI - Your Ultimate Customer Service AI Wingman Commercial

          NiCE’s big game commercial, Your Ultimate Customer Service AI Wingman secured four awards, which included the coveted People’s Telly Gold Award in the General-Online Commercials category, Gold in the Craft-Writing category, Silver in the General-B2B category, and Bronze in the General-Technology & Electronics category.

          This year, NiCE chose to sidestep the traditional $8 million Big Game TV ad spend, instead launching its humorous, AI-themed commercial exclusively on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube. This digital-first strategy capitalized on the real-time conversations that fans engage in around the Big Game and reinforced the importance of purpose-built AI.

          Your Ultimate Customer Service AI Wingman cleverly highlights a critical challenge facing businesses today: the risks and inefficiencies of adopting generic AI solutions for customer service.

          Elevating Enterprise AI Storytelling – The Room Where It Happened Video Series

          NiCE also clinched four awards for its video series, The Room Where It Happened. This included two Silver Telly Awards in the highly competitive categories Series-Corporate Image, which recognizes excellence in an online video series, and Series- Science & Technology, which honors an online video series that highlights advancements and innovations in science or technology. It also won two Bronze awards in the categories Series-Non-Scripted and Series-Interview & Talk-Show.

          The Room Where It Happened series effectively showcases NiCE’s leadership at the intersection of AI innovation and enterprise transformation through its own customer stories. The campaign’s compelling customer and analyst interviews and cutting-edge production underscore NiCE’s commitment to shaping the future of customer experience through intelligent automation.

          NiCE was also awarded a Bronze Telly Award for its digital campaign Future You is Dynamite campaign in the category Campaign-Brand Collaboration (Use of Creator, Celebrity or Influencer). This bold, humorous campaign tackles the widespread challenges of AI deployment and asks brand leaders to rethink their approach to AI and automation —because when AI isn’t built for customer service, it fails everyone.

          The Telly Awards recognize outstanding video and television content across all screens, celebrating creativity and effectiveness in storytelling. This year, the awards received over 13,000 entries from across the globe.
