NiCE Wins Silver for Employee Engagement Innovation in Simpler Media/Reworked IMPACT Awards

Reworked, the leading employee experience community from Simpler Media Group (SMG), has announced the recipients of the 2026 Reworked IMPACT Awards. The awards recognize exceptional work in employee experience and the digital workplace. NiCE was named a Silver Award recipient for Best Innovation in Employee Engagement.

Winning in the Employee Engagement category, Reworked recognized NiCE for the strength of its solutions and the measurable impact delivered for clients.

Simpler Media’s IMPACT Award winners were selected from a pool of qualified nominees, including employee experience leaders, teams, and vendors who delivered impactful initiatives over the past year. Entries were evaluated by a panel of practitioners and industry specialists led by Reworked Editor-in-Chief Siobhan Fagan.
