NiCE leads all 21 global CCaaS providers evaluated on both the “Vision and Capability” and “Market Impact” axes
NiCE has been recognized as a Leader and positioned highest for Market Impact and furthest on the “Vision and Capability” axes in the Everest Group Global Contact Center-as-a-Service (CCaaS) Products PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2026, which evaluated 21 providers. Everest Group highlighted NiCE’s broad enterprise-grade portfolio, expanding agentic AI capabilities, support for large and regulated enterprises, and mature agent productivity solutions.

The 2026 assessment noted that NiCE brings together omnichannel engagement, intelligent routing, conversational self-service, workforce engagement management, analytics, quality management, knowledge, agent assistance, and workflow orchestration within a unified platform. Everest Group observed that integrating NiCE Cognigy further extends these capabilities, enabling AI-led execution across customer service workflows beyond conversational automation.
Everest Group also recognized NiCE’s support for large and regulated enterprises through extensive security, compliance and regional data residency capabilities. The assessment highlighted mature agent productivity capabilities, including next-best-action guidance, real-time knowledge assistance, AutoSummary, supervisor copilots and conversational intelligence, which help reduce agent effort and improve operational efficiency. Together, these strengths position NiCE at the forefront of the global market as enterprises modernize increasingly complex contact center environments.
“NiCE has strengthened its leadership position as enterprises move toward more AI-driven and orchestrated customer experience models,” said Sharang Sharma, vice president at Everest Group. “NiCE’s ability to bring together customer service automation, workforce intelligence and operational orchestration within a unified platform gives enterprises a more integrated path to modernizing complex contact center environments.
Continued Sharma, "The addition of Cognigy, alongside continued investment in CXone, further advances NiCE’s agentic AI proposition and its ability to support increasingly autonomous service operations at scale. These strengths have contributed to its recognition as a Leader in Everest Group’s Global Contact Center-as-a-Service (CCaaS) Products PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2026.”
