The strongest performers are AI-driven companies and those meeting the world's growing demand for technology and infrastructure, and the ranking rewards the ones that pair that growth with transparency and a workplace people recommend.
TIME's ranking scores the three things that matter most to NiCE's work: whether customers keep choosing NiCE, whether our people want to be here, and whether we are transparent about how we operate. Recognition on all three, four years running, demonstrates that how NiCE operates holds up to independent scrutiny.
What the ranking measures
No company applies or pays to be on this list. TIME and Statista score each company on three dimensions, weigh them equally, and recognize the highest-scoring companies. Full details are in TIME's methodology.
Revenue growth is measured over three years for companies with at least $100 million in revenue, using Statista's revenue database. Four consecutive years on the list means NiCE has sustained that growth through a period of rapid change.
Employee satisfaction comes from an independent survey of more than 200,000 employees in over 50 countries, who rate their own employer and the peer companies in their industry. This dimension is shaped by what NiCErs themselves say about working here.
Sustainability transparency is scored on published environmental, social and governance disclosures. It rewards companies that report how they operate, which is the same accountability as enterprises expect from the company that runs their customer service.
