NiCE has been named a 2026 Corporate Wellness Innovator by Fast Company and Wellhub, recognized in the Technology category. The list recognizes companies whose approach to employee wellbeing is differentiated, innovative and built around what employees need.

What Fast Company recognized
Fast Company highlighted NiCE’s holistic, year-round approach to employee wellbeing, anchored by three programs:
- Wellbeing 360. Launched in 2026, this global program brings together expert-led talks, fitness challenges, meditation, art workshops and other activities designed to help NiCErs recharge and connect with one another.
- Global employee assistance program. Free, confidential support available to every employee in more than 60 languages.
- Family-focused programs, including the NiCE Tinies Club for new parents.
“Our goal is to create an environment where people feel supported, empowered, and able to thrive,” Nir Keinan, Vice President of Human Resources at NiCE, told Fast Company.
About the award
The Corporate Wellness Innovators is an annual list produced by Fast Company in partnership with Wellhub, the corporate wellness platform formerly known as Gympass. It was launched in 2025 to recognize companies that treat employee wellbeing as a strategic advantage rather than a perk, and 2026 marks its second edition.
Honorees are grouped by industry, spanning technology, healthcare, financial services, consumer goods, retail, real estate, agribusiness, biotech and gaming. Within each category the list is unranked; being named is the recognition. The 2026 Technology honorees are Adobe, Pendo, NiCE and Fleetio.
How honorees are chosen
Fast Company selects honorees through a qualitative review of each company’s human resources and wellness policies, drawing on company websites, sustainability reports, and trade and national press coverage.
The bar is a holistic approach: programs that reach beyond fitness to cover mental health, nutrition, rest, financial support, workplace flexibility and family benefits, and that are woven into the everyday work experience rather than offered as a check-the-box benefit. Fast Company and Wellhub also favor programs with measurable impact on culture, productivity and employee satisfaction.
Why this recognition matters
Wellbeing has become a business decision, not a benefits line item. Wellhub’s research finds that 88% of employees consider wellbeing as important as salary, and 83% would consider leaving an employer that does not focus on it. Companies that get this right retain their people, and they innovate faster because of it.
At NiCE, innovation and a people-first culture are the same story. The NiCErs who build AI that puts people first are the people this honor is about, and Wellbeing 360, the global employee assistance program and the NiCE Tinies Club exist so they can bring their whole selves to that work. The most meaningful innovation starts with people who feel supported enough to challenge what’s possible.
Thank you to NiCErs
This recognition belongs to NiCErs around the world. Culture is not something a company announces; it is something people build every day, and this honor reflects how our teams look after one another while doing some of the most ambitious work in our industry.
