NiCE Advances ESG Leadership with Strong 2024 Performance in Sustainability, Governance, and Innovation

NiCE has released its 2024 Governance (ESG) Report, reaffirming the company’s commitment to sustainable growth, responsible innovation, and world-class governance. Developed in alignment with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) 2021 Standards, the report highlights NiCE’s continued progress in environmental stewardship, social impact, and corporate responsibility across its global operations. The company also achieved an 11% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 (location-based) greenhouse gas intensity and began transitioning its Israeli data center to the cloud, a key milestone in its decarbonization and energy efficiency efforts.Governance and ethics remain central to NiCE’s ESG framework. The company reported 100% compliance in employee ethics training and, during 2025, strengthened board-level ESG oversight.NiCE also advanced its long-standing commitment to innovation and talent development. In 2024, the company reinvested 14% of total revenue into R&D, supported by a global team of more than 3,300 professionals. Through flagship programs such as the NiCE Leadership Academy, the 4D Program, and the Accelerated Leadership Program (ALP) in partnership with Harvard Business School, NiCE continued developing the next generation of leaders across all regions.NiCE employees continued to make a measurable difference in the communities where they live and work.
