Contact Center Love: Three-Part Series

In the spring of 2010, NICE's Director of Professional Services, Tim Harris, wrote a three-part series declaring his love for contact centers.  Unfortunately, the significance and value of contact centers are often neglected and under appreciated.  In the series, Tim tries to shed some light on the immense value of contact centers; how they benefit the bottom line for businesses and aid in making loyal fans out of their customers; and finally, he makes a case for the importance of contact centers receiving love within their own organizations.
