The Summit will commence on Wednesday, 11 March 2026, and conclude on Friday, 13 March 2026. Attendees attending main conference are recommended to arrive by Wednesday 11 March late afternoon and depart on Saturday 14 March onwards. Attendees attending Partner Advisory Council (PAC) are recommended to arrive by Tuesday 10 March late afternoon and depart on Saturday 14 March onwards. Attendees attending the one-to-one meetings with NiCE executives are recommended to arrive by Wednesday, 11 March morning and depart on Saturday 14 March onwards.For details on the complete programme, including session timings and social activities, please check this website closer to the event date.
The accommodation costs shall be covered by delegates. Please note that any cancellations after 25 February 2026 will incur full cancellation charges and will be borne by the delegate.For any room cancellation or modification, please email us at NiCEapacbpsummit2026@capital-e.com.auNiCE will be covering the cost of event food and beverages at the Partner Advisory Council (PAC) on Wednesday, 11 March and Partner Summit from Thursday, 12 March to Friday, 13 March.
Registration for the event will take place at the Event Helpdesk, located in the hotel lobby.
Dress code throughout the conference will be business casual: trousers, skirts or dresses for women, and shirts and trousers for gentlemen are appropriate (no jacket or tie required).For the Opening Dinner and Team Activity, the dress code is casual with comfortable footwear.For the Awards Dinner, the dress code is smart casual with comfortable footwear.As the weather in Busan can get cold, you are recommended to bring a light jacket.
During the event, we cater for all dietary needs of which we have advanced notice. Delegates with specific dietary requirements should indicate these requirements in the registration form.
The hotel offers high-speed Wi-Fi internet access in the accommodation rooms and conference venues. This will be provided free of charge for NiCE delegates throughout the event.
Pre and post extensions are dependent on hotel availability. All expenses incurred as a result of extensions will be borne by delegate.Delegate will need to inform the hotel of any such extension.
For the following countries, no Visa is required (if you stay less than 60 days): Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand and Taiwan.For other countries, you may apply online for your tourist E-visa, valid for 90 days. E-visa fee is USD 40, the processing time is 3 - 10 working days. You will receive your code by email to print your visa.Delegates who require a letter of invitation for Visa application, please reach out to nice.apac@nice.com for assistance.Regardless of visa requirements, all travellers will need to submit Korea Electronic Arrival Card. You may apply online within 3 days before arrival in Korea. There is no application fee.
Time Local time is Korea Standard Time (KST), GMT +9.Climate March in Busan is typically mild and pleasant, with average temperatures ranging from 8–15°C (46–59°F). Light layers are recommended.Currency The official currency is the South Korean Won (KRW ₩). Credit cards are widely accepted, though small cash amounts will be useful.Electricity and voltage South Korea uses Type C and Type F power sockets. The standard voltage is 220V / 60Hz.
