NG9-1-1 / NG112 and text-to-9-1-1 represent a major shift in how Public Safety Answering Points (PSAP) operate. In addition to readying your PSAP operators, you will need to have the systems that can handle the transition. Text-to-9-1-1 is here and already making a difference.  We’ll extend your NICE Recording platform used for audio and screen logging, to include text and i3 data. When integrated with NICE Inform, you'll be able to fuse all multimedia information -  including phone, radio, text, GIS, computer screen, video and more – for a more complete image of every incident.
