Larry Coffee spent 22 years working in the Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) before coming to the DCI - CJIS ACE Team as a Senior Security Analyst. During his time at FDLE. Mr. Coffee was CJIS Compliance Auditor, a regional CJIS Information Manager, and the Florida CJIS Information Security Officer. Additionally, Mr. Coffee has worked with the national CJIS community while at FDLE. His duties with the FBI-CJIS Advisory Policy Board (APB) include the Security and Access Subcommittee, the Security Policy Rewrite Task Force (v5.0), Chair of the Mobile Security Task Force, and the NCIC Warrants Task Force.

Diverse Computing, Inc. is a specialty software and consulting company that develops NCIC/CJIS end-user access and message switch applications for federal, state and local criminal justice agencies.
