NICE to Take Part in CCW2014, a Leading European Customer Service and Call Center Industry Showcase

NICE to give presentations on Customer Engagement Analytics

RA’ANANA, ISRAEL, February 11, 2014 – NICE Systems today announced its participation in the International Congress and Exhibition for Customer Service, Communication and Call Center, CCW2014, to be held in Berlin at the Estrel Convention Center, February 18-20, 2014. NICE will be sponsoring a stand and featuring a speaker.

Kai Braband, Solutions Engineer Team Leader at NICE, will showcase NICE’s solution during the presentation “Customer Engagement Analytics” at three separate times during the conference. In his presentation, Braband will cover:

  • Why getting a complete view of the customer journey is so challenging yet rewarding
  • An introduction to Customer Engagement Analytics
  • How to combine transactions and interactions for a complete view of the customer journey

His presentations are scheduled to be held in Hall 2.1, Room Paris, at the following times:

  • 18th February: 13.10-14.10
  • 19th February: 12.50-13.50
  • 20th February: 15.20-16.20

In addition, NICE will have a stand (Stand A4/B3) in Hall 5 during the event, where it will present its portfolio of Customer Interaction Management solutions. NICE is also participating in the “Guided Tours,” which will be passing through the stand a number of times during the event.
