10, 2018 – NICE announced today, that it will be hosting its annual customer conference,
Interactions South Africa, on September 13 at The Capital On the Park in Johannesburg to drive the customer experience revolution in the region. This year's event will focus on innovating the customer experience, with a variety of industry experts on hand to provide insight on the latest trends and share best practices on how to deliver outstanding customer experience.
NICE EMEA President, John O'Hara will deliver the keynote address, discussing NICE's strategic direction and the move to the cloud. Other speakers will include compliance expert, Adam Snukal, who will deliver a presentation on regulation trends, what businesses need to ensure compliance with the new POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act) and the opportunities it presents for improving the customer experience.
Attendees to Interactions South Africa will have the opportunity to become familiar with NICE Satmetrix, the Voice of the Customer (VoC) pioneer and inventor of the Net Promoter Score (NPS®) methodology, and see tangible business results gained by customers.
Importantly, the Interactions South Africa 2018 agenda will include an introduction to NEVA or
NICE Employee Virtual Attendant, the world's first personal virtual assistant for employees. The event will also feature a customer panel discussion on how organisations can immerse themselves in ground-breaking analytics designed to turn customer interactions into actionable results.
