São Paulo, January 8, 2015 – NICE Systems today announced that it is partnering with leading Brazilian IT company BRQ to offer the market innovative solutions and consulting services to help companies improve customer experience and increase the efficiency of their customer facing organizations. Among the main solutions on offer, BRQ will focus on NICE’s Real-Time Authentication and Real-Time Impact solutions, as well as the NICE Engage Platform.
