PARAMUS, New Jersey, August 24, 2016 – NICE today announced that it is bringing its annual customer conference to South Africa for the first time. Taking place in September, Interactions South Africa 2016 is the ideal opportunity to find out how organizations around the world are using NICE solutions, to deliver an outstanding customer experience and improve business results.
NICE Interactions South Africa opens on September 13 at the Radisson Blu Hotel Sandton in Johannesburg, before moving to the Taj in Cape Town on September 14. The theme for the conference is ‘Harness the Power of Knowing’ and delegates will have a wealth of opportunities to network with NICE customers and industry leaders, share knowledge and best practices, and learn about the latest NICE solutions.
