Interactions Paris 2017 to Focus on Reinventing Customer Service

Hoboken, N.J., October 24, 2017NICE today announced that it will be hosting its annual conference, Interactions Paris, on November 14, 2017 at Pavillon Dauphine. The event will bring together NICE customers, partners, industry leaders, and customer services professionals to discuss how to enhance operational performance and best practices for successful customer experience programs, with a strong focus on analytics and robotics.

Interactions Paris will include three exciting tracks where attendees can learn about transforming the customer experience using analytics and Voice of the Customer insights, driving operational excellence with process automation, and delivering superior customer service through employee engagement. Representatives from NICE inContact will also talk about the market's No. 1 contact center cloud platform.

This year's guest speaker will be former boxing world champion, Jean-Marc Mormeck. Mormeck won the light heavyweight world title six times and is the interdepartmental delegate for equal opportunities for French citizens living overseas.
