Interactions 2014, NICE’s global customer conference wrapped up today, but the journey has just begun.
The Closing Session featured three keynote speakers who are leading organizations and industries to push the envelope of innovation, as well as our Excellence Awards ceremony.
We were excited to recognize today the winners of the customer excellence awards. Sixteen of our customers were recognized for their excellence in the following categories: business impact, implementation, customer experience, cloud solution deployment, and portfolio innovation.
The first speaker was our very own EVP Corporate Strategy and Marketing, Eran Liron. Eran provided the audience a glimpse into the future of customer service – speaking about how people and machines will each have a role in the future of customer service. Eran challenged us to "race with the machine," and not fear being replaced by it.
Stephen Gates, Vice President and Creative Director, Global Brand Design at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide followed, and discussed how Social is Real, and provided a compelling argument why it is a channel to foster customer engagement.
The session concluded with the one and only Steve Wozniak. The "Woz" took us back in time, to the birth of Apple, and how creativity, true ingenuity and a pioneering spirit revolutionized generations.
While the journey of Interactions 2014 has come to an end, we look forward to the next steps in the greater journey of our relationship with our many customers and partners.
We heard inspirational keynotes from our customers, transformational business leaders, and our own NICE executives. We saw our cutting-edge technology come to life on the showcase floor and in the many breakout sessions. And last, but certainly not least, we treated our customers to a whole lot of fun!
In typical NICE fashion we gave a sneak peek into Interactions 2015 – which will take place in San Antonio, Texas! We’re already counting the days…..
