Peter Fader looks at what makes a customer 'right' and how far you need to go to please even the most difficult customers. He postulates that perhaps it's time to let go of that old moniker "the customer is always right," which has led - in his opinion - to the creation of monsters. Instead he suggests that it is time to identify and rewarding their best customers. It's an interesting, albeit somewhat controversial idea, don't you think?
