Getting Ready for Interactions 2011

I have now been to quite a few of these NICE customer events. And yes, I’ve been on both side of the table. However, this is no time to be nostalgic.

The bottom line is – 2011 is a good year! Business is good, and the contact center segment in particular is growing. As mature as this industry is, there are a lot of new and exciting things coming up to the market place: from new applications (… I have to see this new “Real-time Impact” thingies) to the hosted SaaS model which is now catching fire.

To say the least, all the innovations and cool ways NICE is showing the world how to utilize information is readily available (QM, WFM, IA), offering the ROI and competitive advantage to those who use them.

As for us at CGS, we’re equally as excited to be here and share a new offering, code name CirriusImpact, which we are very proud of!

CirriusImpact is a Cloud offering suited for the contact center world, built on a technology partnership with NICE and Presence Technology (you have not seen a contact center in a box offering, until you see Presence Technology…trust me on this one) and CGS.

The uniqueness of the CirriusImpact offering is that it’s totally flexible and can be glove-fitted to any business situation, since both technologies are available on-premise and via a hosted model.
