More than 1,500 attendees, consisting of customers, industry leaders and experts, gathered on June 2nd for the kick-off Interactions 2015, the largest customer event of the year!
Creating perfect experiences is not just what NICE allows our customers to achieve. It is a common thread in everything we do for our customers, and this conference is no different. Personalized agenda builders, dedicated customer tours of our solutions and 48 different Showcase booths to see are just part of how each customer can customize their own unique experience to their needs.
But having the latest technology is not enough, as NICE CEO Barak Eilam shared, our promise is to continue to innovate, expand and provide service to create the eXperience of Things(XoT), and avoid frustration as immediate results is what all millennials want – and we are all millennials!
Miki Midgal, president of NICE Enterprise, shared with attendees the strategic vision for the company’s Perfecting Customer Experience offering. He shared how we are shaping perfect customer experiences while lowering Total Cost of Ownership. This is achieved with real-time solutions for the best customizable experience to get employees engaged.
The best asset any company can have are loyal customers – and Verizon is blessed with many. Kelly Kurtzman explained how a Simple, Smart and Connected approach to customer engagement empowers employees while providing powerful solutions to their customers.
After these keynotes, as well as 54 breakout sessions, most led by customers, attendees finished off the day in the best way possible – a cowboy party! It was a Texas-sized event, featuring line dancing, armadillo racing, a live rodeo show and a private concert by country music star Rodney Atkins!
