Nick Sianis is a call center industry veteran with more than 15 years of experience. He has served a multitude of roles in the call center industry including Reporting Analyst, Supervisor of Retention, Manager of Speech Analytics and Customer Experience manager. Prior to his current role as an Account Manager, Nick was a Contact Center Consultant responsible for training new, mid-market customers on Uptivity WFO software, sharing best practices and helping customers to maximize their ROI with the software.
