NICE Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") is incorporated into the agreement between NICE vendor and NICE, and reflects the parties' agreed terms and conditions with regard to the processing of data by NICE vendors. The DPA incorporates, among others, the Technical and Organizational Measures Exhibit, that establishes the information security requirements for NICE's vendors, including in relation to the protection of data that is being transferred by NICE to its vendors.
In addition, the Transfer Impact Assessment (TIA) Vendor Questionnaire is to be completed by NICE vendors, and will serve to assess the level of protection required by NICE vendors as it relates to the applicable vendor engagement.
