Training Development Manager

  • Manage training development for NICE Enterprise solutions
  • Manage a global team of Education Specialists who develop training solutions for customers, business partners and employees
  • Manage development projects of learning solutions through entire life cycle – needs analysis, mapping, design, development and roll out
  • Manage projects outside the direct team, including trainers from other teams and external subcontractors
  • Work with managers across the organization on readiness plans for new releases and products
  • Deliver projects per defined standards, quality and timelines
  • Design course agendas and curricula per product and target audience
  • Develop and review training materials
  • Work closely with product house interfaces to gain expertise of new products and versions
  • Proven experience in people management
  • Proven experience in training roles in hi-tech companies
  • Proven experience in training development management and/or project management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and changing priorities
  • Good technical skills (esp. operating systems, network, databases)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, quick learner and team player
  • Takes a “Can-Do” approach and attitude, and delivers
  • Has a passion for training and learning
  • Able to develop, drive, and contribute to a high performance team
  • Able to manage remote-employees in other countries
  • Excellent command of English – verbal and written
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience in training development and delivery – an advantage
  • Experience in developing e-Learning courses – an advantage
