Training Delivery Manager

Training | Raanana, Israel | ISRAEL
• Manage the global operation of technical training on NICE Enterprise solutions
• Manage a global team of technical trainers who deliver courses for customers, business partners and employees
• Oversee all technical training activity, including classroom training, virtual classroom training, webinars, training labs etc.
• Plan annual and quarterly global training delivery based on business needs and new product releases
• Drive quality and utilization of training delivery
• Deliver technical courses as needed, including train-the-trainer events
• Constitute a point-of-contact for product and professional knowledge needs of trainers worldwide
• Work closely with training development team for handover of new courses

• Holds a certification by either of the following: Microsoft/Cisco/VMware/NetApp - an advantage

• Proven experience in people management
• Experience in Training / Support / Services in a High Tech company
• Excellent technical and IT skills (esp. operating systems, network, virtualization, databases)
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated, quick learner and team player
• Takes a “Can-Do” approach and attitude, and delivers
• Has a passion for training and learning
• Able to develop, drive, and contribute to a high performance team
• Able to manage remote-employees in other countries
• Excellent command of English – verbal and written
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to travel abroad up to 25% of the time
• Experience in training development or delivery – an advantage
