Technical Trainer - Actimize division

NICE Actimize is currently seeking a Technical Trainer to come grow with us in a dynamic and challenging environment.




  • Conduct training classes to Actimize employees at the Actimize offices
  • Conduct training session remotely through WebEx
  • Support training attendees and answer follow-up questions after a training session
  • Design course agendas and training materials per product and audience
  • Analyze training needs
  • Update training class materials with new features and feature updates
  • Develop additional training materials where required
  • Conduct training administration tasks
  • Work closely with R&D and Technical Product Managers in the review and determination of training materials to meet requests
  • Conduct training classes to Actimize clients onsite (as time permits)





  • Prior experience with technical training to technical audiences
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to travel frequently (~ 50% of the time)
  • Ability to learn quickly and drive own learning
  • Fluent English on mother tongue level
  • Other languages - advantage
  • Good technical skills, including SQL or other Databases
  • Good understanding of a complex and global business environment
  • Independent worker
  • Prior experience with the Actimize products – advantage
  • Familiarity with the financial markets - advantage
