Required Skills

  1. Detail the scope of the projects in collaboration with Cloud Managers and engineers.
  2. Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
  3. Determine the resources (time, equipment, etc) required to complete the project.
  4. Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
  5. Review the project schedule with the staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.
  6. Manage project staff according to the established policies and practices of the organization.
  7. Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
  8. Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
  9. Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project.
  10. Ensure that the project deliverables are on time and at the required level of quality
  11. Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase.
  12. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  13. Ensure resource availability.
  14. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  15. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  16. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  17. Report and escalate to management as needed.
  18. Successfully manage the relationship with the staff and all stakeholders.
  19. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  20. Provide oversight and direction to the employees in the operating unit in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures
  21. Coach, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities
  22. Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment
  23. Provide effective performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards, and disciplinary action, with the assistance of Human Resources, when necessary

  1. 7+ years’ experience project management in information technology sector.
  2. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  5. Positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization.
  6. Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization.



  1. Degree or equivalent experience.
  2. PMP / PRINCE II certification.
  3. ITIL Certified


 Work Environment

  1. Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain cooperative working relationships within a global, diverse, multicultural environment.
  2. Ability to work in typical office environment, using standard office computer equipment.
  3. Position may be required to work at a computer terminal and desk for long periods of time on projects.
Ability to work late evenings and weekends as required.
