About the product

Nice Sales Performance Management is a product designed to manage the performance and variable pay of Sales teams or external partners.  To many of our customers this is a mission critical application responsible for paying tens of thousands of people.  The application is highly scalable, capable of performing complex calculations on 100s of millions of transactions. The R&D team has recently embarked on developing new capabilities which are rapidly gaining traction in the market, leading to plans to expand the team.  The product is available on premise and as hosted deployments.

Brief Description

  • You will be a joining a strong R&D team to manage CI (Continuous Integration) processes and activities to ensure feature releases and CD (Continuous Delivery), develop automated routines for all releases, different technological environments and infrastructures.


  • Planning and managing working routines to build and pack SW versions.
  • Designing and developing automated tools and routines for releases.
  • Coordinating build and release activities with key stakeholders.
  • Integrating test automation into the CI cycle using different environments and infrastructures.
  • Interface with various R&D Groups (Developers, QA, Product Managers, etc.)
  • Managing day to day operations of release pipelines, build tools, and source control software and resources.
  • Defining and developing automated quality and release gates.
  • Working with team to develop code quality metrics and meters.
  • Coaching and training engineering team on DevOps toolsets.
  • Performing ongoing maintenance and upgrades of DevOps systems (Production & non-production).
  • Collaborating with various teams and disciplines to promote and develop DevOps best practices.
  • Identifying, researching, and prototyping new technologies to improve DevOps processes.

Technical Requirements

  • 5+ years experience of defining and developing continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Jenkins, Nexus and Maven.
  • 5+ years experience of building Infrastructure as Code.
  • Ability to use and integrate with source control systems, preferably Git.
  • Knowledge of protocols such as: TCP/IP, SSL, SSH, DNS in Windows and Linux environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud providers, preferably AWS, and ability to migrate existing environments and processes to the cloud.
  • Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical issues.
  • Ability to quickly identify and solve technical problems in a fast pace environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Java advantageous.


  • Sc. in Computer Science, Industrial/Electronic Engineering and/or practical relevant experience/knowledge.
