Senior Administrative Assistant - Actimize division

NICE Actimize is currently seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to support the Leadership team.  The ideal candidate will be an energetic, “out of the box” thinker who enjoys being challenged to take their ideas to the next level.  The Assistant will collaborate with a variety of people and job functions across the world, playing a key role in keeping business activities organized and on track by managing several complex calendars, company events and supporting strategic initiatives on behalf of Leaders advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.



  • Organize various off-site events and team building activities for the Management team, as well as other company meetings, client forums(?) and other such events.
  • Perform extensive research on strategic organizational and business related issues as directed
  • Manage high-volume calendars of the Management team based on rapidly changing priorities
  • Prepare and manage itineraries for domestic and international travel, including booking air, hotel, and ground transportation
  • Frequent ad-hoc projects to support business initiatives


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to juggle and track multiple tasks, prioritize, and produce accurate results under short timelines
  • Proactive self-starter with great analytical skills and ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions to different business problems
  • Eager to gain exposure to company operations and client base
  • Outstanding calendar management skills: coordinating complex executive meetings across multiple time zones
  • Proficiency in all elements of MS Office Suite required (emphasis on PPT), as well as strong Google search skills
  • Proven ability to interact and communicate with all levels of an organization


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in high-tech or financial services industry
  • Technologically savvy with ability use various systems/programs to improve work efficiency
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • International work experience or time spent living abroad
