Due to hyper growth in our Customer Experience and Contact Center solutions sales organisation in Central Europe, we are looking to hire a talented Sales Leader (region Germany and Austria)

Brief Description

We are currently offering an amazing sales leader career opportunity to lead our sales organisation in the Germany and Austria region here at NICE, which will provide you with the opportunity to gain insights into the world of Contact Centre and Workforce Management solutions. As the integrated territory sales lead, you will help drive sales, customer success and customer value.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work across every area of sales, pre-sales, marketing and professional services business and help deliver on the strategic vision for the region.

Key responsibilities:

To lead a small sales team focused on selling NICE’s Contact Centre and Work Force Optimization  (WFO) solutions in Germany and Austria region.

Lead and motivate sales team to achieve quarterly and annual  sales target and maintain required pipeline of sales opportunities. To achieve individual and team target.

Develop team’s capabilities to a higher level of consultative selling and develop associated operational disciplines and structure.

Develop and implement the sales plan for the Contact Centre and WFO business in Germany, Austria.

Provide leadership, coaching and support to the sales team in Germany.

Manage a territory directly.

Develop and maintain a wide range of relationships with customers, prospects and partners.

Develop the operational structure and disciplines to optimise the teams’ performance, including:

  • Major Account Planning
  • Opportunity Reviews process
  • Identify and develop future business opportunities
  • Training and development of team members to enable exploitation of market opportunity
  • Act as an ambassador and role model for NICE in the territory.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Contact Centre and WFO market, customers focus and requirements.
  • Oversee RFI and bid preparation.
  • Negotiate and close contracts.

Skills & Experience

Native German and fluent in English.

Prior 7-10 years’ experience of new business sales, and minimum of 2-3 years sales leadership in Enterprise software (applications and services). Experience in the Contact Centre & WFO discipline is a major advantage.

Experience of selling complex, large scale software solutions, mainly direct and via partners.

Promotor of best practice sales methodologies and tools. Experience of Salesforce.com application for opportunity, campaign and contact management.

Ability to understand and position the value / and, or compelling benefits a business can derive from NICE solutions.

Excellent leadership and coaching skills.

Creative thinker. Commercially astute. Entrepreneurial spirit.

Energetic, charismatic and highly motivated. Very organised.

Excellent sales competences – presentation skills, negotiation, planning, customer focused.

Degree or MBA calibre required.
