NICE is looking for a seasoned Recruitment Leader to join our Talent Acquisition team.
In this role you will lead the recruitment process end to end, providing a professional and positive candidate experience, and partnering with the HR business partners and the leaders in the business unit to ensure successful hires.
Another major aspect of your role will be working closely with the Head of Global Talent Management, and with the TA Managers in the different regions, to design, plan and implement global initiatives and programs (such as campaigns, improving hiring processes, referral programs etc.)
- 2 years of experience in tech recruiting for a global high-tech company – a must
- Advanced sourcing capabilities, especially with social media channels
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint – a must (the role includes working with data and preparing decks)
- Strong program management skills
- Experience conducting in-depth personal interviews
- Experience negotiating with candidates and finalizing contract terms and conditions
- Self-sufficient, self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent English (speaking and writing) – a must
- BA in a relevant field
