Job Description:

We are looking for Professional Services Engineer to join our Services Team to help our customers achieve profitable growth. 

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Large scale implementation of NICE Products.

Involvement in End-to-End Implementation Lifecycle.

Customer Engagement and Cross Functional Team Interactions.

 

Skills and Experience required:

  • Overall 4-5 years of experience in Salesforce CRM.
  • Solid Implementation Experience in Force.com platform using APEX, Visual Force, Process Workflows.
  • Experience using Sales / Service cloud.
  • Experience in Data Migration using SFDC.
  • Experience in implementing integration solutions between CRM and ERP Systems.
  • Strong RDBMS knowledge and building SQL queries.
  • Good Communication, Analytical and Logical Skills.
  • Zeal to learn and adapt to ever evolving industry standards.

 

Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science (Bachelors of Engineering/Master of Computer Applications)
