Lead - Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and model potential impact of alternatives.
  • Effectively partner with HR and Business client to manage, consult, and resolve compensation issues
  • Provide guidance to the business and develop creative solutions on a variety of total compensation issues including the setting of appropriate pay levels, base pay and annual incentive pay
  • Conduct custom surveys with key industry contacts, as needed.
  • Administration, maintenance, and operationalization of global/ regional compensation processes.
  • Participate in compensation surveys, evaluate job descriptions and prepare and analyze survey data
  • Participates in strategy planning, benefits design, implementation and communication of employee benefit plans.
  • Perform special studies, analysis and recommendations on compensation and benefits issues as needed.
  • Answering employee questions, resolving problems related to benefits, and coordinating claim resolutions. Manages relationships with vendors, consultants, and internal and external clients.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Finance, or Human Resources field of study.
  • Overall 5-7 years of experience with minimum 3 years of experience in a Compensation and Benefits Analyst role in a multinational organization
  • Highly detailed driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture.
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience, including strong Excel experience
  • The ability to work independently, take on responsibility and be quick of foot in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment
