HRIS Analyst

Responsibilities
  • Provide system support and maintenance in the form of expertise, navigation and reporting for HR systems including Oracle, SuccessFactors, etc.
  • Provide HR Support to projects/programs
  • Collect and organize data for analysis. Assists with the analysis of data both internal and external.
  • Presenting and communicating data on a regular basis to key stakeholders
  • Support global HR processes – follow up on process progress, issue and analyze reports

Requirements

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills as well as an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to successful completion
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel (Analysis and reporting) - a MUST
  • 1-2 years’ experience in HR or technical related area such as business or systems analysis
  • Knowledge of reporting software tools
  • Understanding of HR systems such as Oracle, SuccessFactors, Jobvite - a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, with proven ability to form strong partnerships with key stakeholders (international contacts, internal peers and clients)
  • Excellent communication skills – English and Hebrew

Education

  • BA in Information System, Economics, Business Administration or any other relevant degree
