HR Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Global organizational cross-view responsibilities on HR information systems, including Oracle ERP, SuccessFactors, HR ServiceNow, etc.
    • Hire to Retire transactions
    • HR data management
    • Benefits management
  • HR Analytics
    • Deep analysis of HR metrics using Excel, BI tools and other HR systems and applications, and identification of root causes impacting performance
    • Lead people dashboard (BI Analytics) for all senior leaders
  • Day to day HR Operations
    • Answers to employees’ queries
    • Delivery of HR reports
    • Support HR QBR (Quarterly Business Review) process and other global HR processes – Track HR metrics progress and analyze people trends, provide insights, follow up on process progress, issue and analyze reports
    • Create periodic executive presentations, present and communicate data on a regular basis to key stakeholders
  • Provide HR support to projects/programs

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills - more than 2 years’ experience in Analytics, preferably in a global organization– a MUST
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel & PowerPoint – a MUST
  • Ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously – a MUST
  • Understanding of HR systems such as Oracle, SuccessFactors, Jobvite – a strong advantage Experience of working with BI tools – an advantage
  • Problem-solving savvy
  • Self-motivated & Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, with proven ability to form strong partnerships with key stakeholders (international contacts, internal peers and clients)
  • Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills – English and Hebrew

Education

  • BA in Economics, Statistics or B.SC in Industrial Engineering & Management
