Director, International Talent Acquisition

NICE is looking for a high-energy Director of International Talent Acquisition to lead, refine and scale our Talent Acquisition function in our non-USA based locations, to include more than 15 global locations across Israel, Europe and Asia. This is an opportunity for a TA leader who is passionate about developing, redesigning and executing recruitment and sourcing strategies to attract and hire highly qualified and talented candidates. This role reports to the Head of HR Centers of Excellence and is a peer to the Director of Americas Talent Acquisition.

The Director of International Talent Acquisition will work together with the Director of TA Americas to build and execute the Global Talent Acquisition strategy for NICE, and will personally lead the efforts to source, attract, and hire talent within the above geographies. The ideal candidate brings experience in creative sourcing strategies at all levels, effective interviewing and assessment techniques, leading a team of recruiters, and demonstrated ability to partners with global and regional leaders to help them achieve their talent acquisition goals.

Responsibilities

  • Improve the organizational capabilities through effective leadership of the Talent Acquisition strategy, process and execution
  • Manage a large international recruiting team that can meet the dynamic demands of a growing technology company
  • Partner with senior business and HR leaders
  • Partner with the Director of TA Americas to set the standards for global staffing processes across the organization
  • Actively recruit for key roles as needed
  • Craft and execute creative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns
  • Design and lead best-in-class candidate experience
  • Develop strategies to build NICE’s employment brand including our regional social media presence to ensure that we are effectively telling a dynamic story to prospective candidates
  • Lead continuous improvement in processes, tools and channels to implement best practices
  • Manage consistent data-driven hiring metrics to push for success and drive accountability

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of recruiting experience in fast-paced tech companies
  • 4+ years of Talent Acquisition management experience (leading a team of recruiters)
  • Extensive experience designing, assessing, deploying and optimizing global talent sourcing campaigns and initiatives
  • Global remit and high intercultural awareness
  • Excellent professional English
  • Constant curiosity and interest in keeping up with recruiting trends and best practices
  • Strong program management and execution skills
  • Communicative, great teammate with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • ability to multi-task and navigate through change - all while staying focused to get critical items resolved
  • Self-motivated and assertive - ability to seek answers and drive solution
  • Extraordinary attention to details and follow-through in an interrupt-driven environment
  • Positive can-do attitude with high level of energy and work ethics
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or Management
  • Ability to travel 4 times a year
