Corporate Learning & Development Manager

Main responsibilities:
• Design the global corporate learning strategy and work-plans to advance skills and knowledge 
• Elevate and lead global On-Boarding programs
• Design and execute cross company learning programs for strategic roles
• Plan and execute on company activities and events that strengthen the employer brand around learning
• Re-invent new experiential learning solutions
• Significant work interfaces with internal stakeholders and vendors
• Build a comprehensive set of analytics to measure learning effectiveness and impact
• Effectively prioritize and manage multiple learning projects
• Manage the corporate learning budget

• At Least 4 years' experience in leading corporate learning programs in a software company
• Academic degree in a related field
• Ability to build learning programs from conception, engage stakeholders and manage geographically diverse partner relationships.
• Creativity, curiosity and originality of thought
• Strong complex project management skills and execution skills
• Multitasking between ongoing projects and working with several stakeholders
• Proactive, self-driven and a quick learner
• Strong in exploring and learning market trends
• High influence, high energy, high standards
• Excellent interpersonal relationships
• Excellent English and Hebrew communication skills
• Passionate about helping people learn and grow
• “Hands on” and detail oriented
