Actimize Regional Services Manager

 

NICE Actimize is currently seeking a motivated, seasoned, Regional Services Manager for the Southeast Asia region. This person should have a successful track record of managing and delivering Enterprise Solutions around Compliance, Fraud Detection or Money Laundering within the financial industry.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the book of business for the region
  • Oversee and manage Projects and ensure profitable, timely and successful delivery of projects within the region
  • Proactively reviewing projects to ensure that they are structured for success and meet defined quality standards
  • Building and maintaining solid client relationships with senior IT and business managers
  • Development and leadership of the US Professional Services team, including project managers, business consultants and business analysts
  • Continuous refinement of NICE Actimize’s delivery processes, addressing tactical customer needs while focusing on the long-term strategic role of delivery
  • Writing and negotiating SOW with client stakeholders
  • Partnering with product management and R&D on client commitments, roadmap, PS readiness
  • Active engagement in supporting services sales in the region
  • Work closely with the APAC Services Head to formulate and deliver on the strategies established for the region
  • Ensure team utilization target by managing appropriate resource allocation and prioritization

 

Qualifications

 

  • Proven ability to lead and manage multiple complex projects
  • Excellent client relationship skills with a sales orientation
  • Consulting or professional services experience at an enterprise software vendor – A must
  • Financial services experience – A must
  • Experience in AML and/or Fraud prevention solution deliveries – Desired.
  • P&L focused
  • Ability to thrive in a time-sensitive, high energy, demanding entrepreneurial environment, balancing internal and external demands
  • A problem-solver and decision maker with the flexibility to adapt project scope to changing markets and client demands
  • Experience in data-intensive system implementation
  • Ability to proactively identify and resolve technical and project delivery issues
  • Background as a developer – preferred (understanding SDLC)
  • Lead and mentor the Professional Services Team
  • Travel up to 25%
  • MBA or equivalent degree preferred
