Join us at Interactions2008, the NICE User Group conference for:
Industry expert Barb Courneya, National Director of Contact Center Technology at NACR, will lead an informative session covering a variety of state and federal laws and regulations impacting contact centers as well as the technology solutions available to assist in compliance. Some of the issues discussed included the following: Telemarketing Sales Rules, including Do Not Call and outbound dialing restrictions; Telecommuting incentives; HIPAA requirements and compliance; call recording restrictions; Sarbanes Oxley, Can-SPAM and the Ronald Katz patent litigation. Also included will be information on pending FCC rulings and legislative initiatives.
