NICE Perform Certified Administrators Course
Who Should Attend:
Individuals responsible to handle installation of agents and users’ desktops, administer the NICE Perform system, set up users, assign privileges, maintain the system and provide internal support.
Prerequisite:
Administration Training, Basic knowledge of Windows-based operating system, SQL, networking and server technology.
Objectives:
Participants in the NPCA course will learn the knowledge and tools to better support users of the NICE Solution, as well as administer, maintain and conduct troubleshooting of the NICE Perform system.

Time Frames:
NPCA Course: Thursday, July 24th and concludes on Sunday, July 27th.
Optional NPCA Certification Exam: Monday, July 28th from 8 AM to Noon
