| Who Should Attend: |
| Individuals responsible to handle installation of agents and users’ desktops, administer the NICE Perform system, set up users, assign privileges, maintain the system and provide internal support. |
| Prerequisite: |
| Administration Training, Basic knowledge of Windows-based operating system, SQL, networking and server technology. |
