By providing a full spectrum of training and advisory solutions based on best practices, NICE helps its customers implement NICE solutions quickly, easily and comprehensively.
On-site Services
NICE customers get the maximum benefit from NICE technology, thanks to the user training services supplied for all its CEM product offerings at both the reviewer and administrator levels. Fully qualified NICE education specialists deliver on-site training packages of 2-5 days in duration; these include presentations, demos and hands-on practice in the customer's working environment.
Among the wide array of training services available, NICE is currently offering customer's administrator training courses for both NiceLog® and NiceUniverse®. The in-depth administrator training course covers system applications, system architecture, maintenance procedures and troubleshooting tools.
Online Services
The new NICE Education Center Portal is a 'one-stop shop' for all user training and consultancy services. Membership of the Education Center Portal (by means of an annual subscription) allows access to the following features:
