Baltimore PD’s Darryl DeSousa talks digital investigation challenges
Recently, we met up with Darryl DeSousa, Deputy Commissioner of the Administrative Bureau of the Baltimore Police Department, who shared his perspectives on digital investigation challenges. He talked about the manual, labor-intensive process of collecting, analyzing and sharing evidence that often impedes the investigative process and stymies case closure rates. DeSousa also expressed how police departments would benefit greatly from a “one-stop” solution to solve these investigative challenges.
